At Grown Digital, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for our digital marketing, website development, design, and related services.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, which involve strategy, planning, labor, and resource allocation, we do not offer full refunds once the project has been initiated or resources have been deployed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

• Before Work Begins:
  If the client requests a cancellation before any work has started and no resources have been allocated, a partial refund may be approved after deducting administrative or consultation charges (up to 20%).

• After Work Begins:
  If the project has been initiated and an advance payment has been made, only up to 40% of the total advance amount may be refunded, based on the level of work completed. The remaining 60% of the advance will be considered non-refundable.

• Completed Projects:
  No refund will be issued once the project has been marked complete, delivered, or hosted/published, unless specifically mentioned in a separate agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Delay or change in client inputs or requirements.

• Lack of cooperation from the client (e.g., failure to provide content, approvals, feedback).

• Change of mind or cancellation after partial or full work delivery.

• Services purchased under discounted offers or promotional pricing.

• SEO, Social Media, or Advertising services where time and efforts are already invested.

4. Payment Terms

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required to start any project.

• Credentials of any digital asset (e.g., website, ads account, social profiles) will be handed over only after full and final payment.

• Any dues pending beyond 15 days may result in project hold, penalty, or termination.

5. Refund Process

• To initiate a refund request, please write to hello@growndigital.in with your project name, reason for the refund, and payment details.

• Refund decisions are made within 7-10 business days after evaluating project progress.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after approval.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage open communication before initiating any chargeback or legal dispute. Clients are expected to notify us of any concerns, and we commit to resolving them fairly. Chargebacks without prior discussion will be considered a violation of terms.
