Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the digital services provided by GROWN DIGITAL.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using our digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

GROWN DIGITAL offers a range of digital services, including but not limited to website design, development, online marketing, and e-commerce solutions.

The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing clear project requirements and timely feedback.

• Agree to review and approve project milestones and deliverables within specified timeframes.

• Any delays or changes to project requirements may impact deadlines and costs.

4. Payment and Fees

• The payment terms will be mentioned in the project contract or proposal.

• A deposit may be required before starting the work. Typically, 30% to 50% payment is mandatory in advance, and the remaining 50% to 70% will be due on project completion.

• If work has started and the client has made an advance payment, then 60% of the advance amount will be non-refundable.

• Late payment may result in interest charges or suspension of services.

• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the project after online payment and before project completion, a refund will not be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full and final payment, you will receive ownership and rights to the final digital files.

• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We retain the right to use any non-proprietary elements (e.g., fonts, stock images) in our future work.

6. Revisions and Changes

• A specified number of revisions will be outlined in the project agreement.

• Additional revisions or significant changes may incur additional fees.

7. Design Attribution Policy

• All designs created by Grown Digital will include our company logo, contact information, trade name, and social media IDs.

• This branding is mandatory and cannot be removed or altered without prior written consent from Grown Digital Marketing Company.

8. Credential Handover

• Any platform/channel credentials (including website admin, social media accounts, ad accounts, etc.) will be handed over to the client only after full and final payment has been received by Grown Digital.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

• You are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Confidentiality

• We will keep project details and information confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

• In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws prevailing in the jurisdiction of [Madhubani, Bihar].

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the updated date.
